Refund and Return Order

At Inc, we take pride in offering a Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure your peace of mind. If you find yourself dissatisfied with the products you’ve received for any reason, we’re here to help. Simply reach out to us via email at to request a return. We want to ensure a smooth return process, so it’s important to note that we handle returns through a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system. Your return is subject to RMA approval, and items sent back without prior RMA approval may not be accepted.

We kindly ask that all return requests be submitted within 14 days of receiving your product. Once an RMA is issued, the products must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days. To facilitate this process, it’s crucial that returns are complete, including all original boxes, packing materials, parts, components, and pieces. Without the product’s original packaging and parts, returns cannot be granted. Please be aware that refunds requested for returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. However, restocking fees do not apply to returns for exchange. Please note that all associated shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not issue return labels for returns or exchanges.


Custom Orders

For custom orders, it’s essential to understand that custom made items cannot be restocked. This category includes items such as custom made knives and axes and engraved items. The industry standard for customized products typically adheres to a no return and no refund policy, with exceptions for items that are unusable. Unusable items are damaged or defective products like broken or cracked blades or handles, bent or misshapen blades or handles, and similar issues. If you receive an order with unusable items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll require photographic evidence of the unusable items before issuing any credits.

In the case of orders purchased using an eCheck, please be aware that they are subject to an additional 15% charge to cover processing fees. Orders canceled after processing but before shipping will incur a 10% charge to cover processing fees. Additionally, videos and CD’s are subject to a 10% restocking fee upon return.

If your order is returned by the carrier due to an incorrectly provided address, refusal, the receiver’s unavailability during delivery attempts, or if the package remains unclaimed, you will be responsible for the associated shipping fees for reshipping the order. If you seek a refund for a package returned by the carrier, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and shipping costs are non-refundable. International customers should note that refusing a package due to customs and/or brokerage fees or experiencing a package return for any other reason may make you ineligible for a refund or reshipment.


Order Problem

At Inc., we aim to ensure your satisfaction, but we must stress that we cannot be held responsible for the misuse of our products. While we take great care in packing and shipping your orders accurately, occasional errors can occur. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. Problems reported after this period may not qualify for replacements or refunds.

In some cases, we may request that the incorrect item be returned to us at our expense, and failure to return the item may result in a charge. Replacements will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order. We value your business and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services.
